The most popular are nail polishes, so we have made up a guide to determine how much you will pay postage considering how much bottles of polish you are buying. You get better price when you order in bulk, unfortunately USPS have raised the prices again in February 2013

All usa orders should be received within 6-10 working days and international orders within 14-20 working days, we aim to process and dispatch as soon as possible. however, during postal strikes and holidays delivery times may vary and this is out of our control.

If your item has not reached you within 20(usa) / 40 (europe) days you must contact us!!!

In the event of missing items, we can only send out missing orders after three weeks of date of postage (usa) / after 40 days (rest of the world), and upon receipt of an email stating the missing order. this is due to usps policies on lost post. damaged items in post should be reported immediately upon receipt to
